Have rented in DIA before, from Alamo. Horrible queue. Not to mention the three months it took me to get various charges reversed. They also seemed to have hardly any busses....
I'm willing to pay a bit more to avoid a queue when I turn up. I've got no status with anyone, and I'm in the UK so I can't register for Alamo's no-queue club...
Who is best to rent from, or are they all equally bad?
