Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Etihad Pearl Class

Setting off on 06/10 LGW- AUH-BKK in Pearl on EY and vice versA

I flew them last year on an A330 but this year I am looking forward to the 777.

I have a question which I hope someone might help with:

1) The laptop power sockets.... what plug will I need. I assume they will not accept the UK standard 3 pin square.... is the inflight internet any good?

Also any comments on the standard of service I can expect to receive would be gratefully recieved.

I have flown twice on Etihad to Jakarta in Pearl class. Can't remember which plane model was used, but plane was in new condition. I did use the inflight power sockets with US plug for computer. I do not carry British 3-plug configuration so I know I did not use, but want to say the slot was configured to allow several plug types. Also, did use the internet service option which I found to be very responsive. Quality of service is very high on all fronts. Meals were slightly disappointing due to content offerings, mainly Middle Eastern, but preparation was fine. In flight entertainment was awkward both times and frankly the second time I didn't use because I was on internet for entire time allowable. Personally, I think for the price, the quality of the service is extraordinary and think you'll enjoy your Etihad experience.
