Lola Bistro has finally reopened in downtown Cleveland on East 4th Street between Prospect and Euclid (near the House of Blues). I was lucky enough to get a table this weekend during their soft open and absolutely loved the experience, from the atmospher to the food to the service. Well worth giving it a try the next time you happen to be in town.
For those of you who do not know about the chef/owner of Lola, Michael Symon is a CIA graduate, was featured in the book "The Soul Of A Chef", appeared on Iron Chef America, had his own Food Network show, and was named one of the Top 10 News Chefs by Food & Wine in 1998. His old location in the Tremont neighborhood remains open as Lolita and he also just opened a spot in Gramercy Park in NYC called Parea.
