They installed MY number in my DAUGHTER'S phone, thereby rendering both inop.
My phone is pre-E911, and can't be re-initialized.* I liked it a lot, and Verizon has agreed to accelerate the $100 off deal (which, of course, really isn't).
Recommendations appreciated for BASIC PHONE (don't want camera, MP3, V-Cast, GPS services, etc.). My old phone (ok, it's an Audiovox CDM 9000) gets dropped a lot, so would like something reasonably survivable.
