I failed to check in online. Don't know the problem,it kept saying " wihtin 24hour to 90minutes" type of things, but my flight is within the time slot.

It looked the database was not updated. Maybe we can not check in exactly 24 hours within the departure, but need to wait mich longer to check in online. I finally got through after waiting another 4 or 5 hours. I also got a email apparently from a Go! employee who offers help on my problem. And, as I have told a lurker of go!/Mesa, there really should be an official person on these forums to help out. They've got so many lurking any way, it shouldn't hurt to have one person contributing to the discussion or helping go! flyers with their problems. Nah, JO doesnt care if we are on here, so he told me. I would do it but I don't know that much about the Customer Service/agent side. I don't want to say one thing and then the person goes and trys it and gets mad when they dont get what I said. We do most things with a computer, when we can. He is also pretty busy, I would guess he has someone that keeps him up to date with what people are talking about. :cool: |
