Travel Technology - Help can't call out using skype

Okay, I have paired my headset and purchased the credit. On the instructions it says to dial the number and press the green button. I enter the number but the green button is inactive. It is not bright green like when I call the sound test. What am I doing wrong?

Did you start the number with a plus sign, and a country code if it's not 1 for North America?

Get hold of the latest version (2.5.0.141)

Click the dial tab, select the country you are calling from the drop down & type in the number below including the area code.

Alternatively a quicker way is to use the + and international prefix (+44 for UK, +1 USA etc..)
