I was working at the tkt ctr this past weekend, when an Early Returns member walked up to me wanting to make a res for future travel, using miles. I was told they would have to contact ER in order to make the reservation, so I looked in the new application. The previous application had the number on the little card most PAX kept, however after looking over the entire form I noticed the 800 number was left off.
Ok, I know the intranet has the telephone number for employees, but the PAX ended up looking at her Summit card for the number. I found it interesting that the number was not on the application. (maybe they were getting too many calls for "rapid ascent" -- j/k :))
Do you think this was intentional? What do you think?
