Anyone have any luck getting award tickets on Frontier? I have tried for 3 seperate roundtrips going to different places on different dates and they were all declined because of the allowance limit of FF.

Anyone have any luck getting award tickets on Frontier? I have tried for 3 seperate roundtrips going to different places on different dates and they were all declined because of the allowance limit of FF.
I have booked a few award tickets on Frontier without issue... even one to Las Vegas, which I have never been lucky enough to get on any other airline. A couple of those times, the dates I wanted were not available, but the day previous was, which was fine as my travel plans were flexible. The customer service agent went out of his/her way each time to find me something that worked for me.
