California - Hotels near MOD?

For a potential segment/mileage run, are there any decent hotels (or even sort-of-decent) that are near to the Modesto airport? Preferably one(s) with airport shuttle?

I am aware of the Doubletree downtown, but wondering if there is something closer to the airport.

The only places closer to the airport that I know of are a Howard Johnson's and a Microtel, neither of which have a complimentary shuttle. I think the DT is about 5 miles, and last time I checked, they do have a complimentary shuttle.
