Made reservations online a couple of months ago for Mrs. Mikey and myself (also a CP). Along with reservations for a companion for each of us. Called CP desk to confirm upgrades at window. I am upgraded, Mrs Mikey and all companions not upgraded. CP desk could not find PNR's even with DM#. Online booked into shares system and shares PNR's. I had to go search for PNR to tell CP Desk,so she could access the old US East PNR. I cannot get system to recognize either US East system PNR or Shares PNR. So no OLCI, No emailing Itin. No upgrades, Just more of the same screwed up mess from the "new USAirways". CP desk did offer to email the original reservation copy to me. How sad. How would you like to work in W/S.

This is not representative of the experiences that I have had with the CP desk. In addition, most agents there are able to locate res that were booked in Shares through Sabre. What is it that you might have done differently in booking your res?
