Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - GF Companion fare

I can see in the forum that attractive companion fares in F and J can be obtained on GF from many destinations, but the GF office in Paris seems to ignore it. Any advice on how to get it?

Thank you. But htis is only from BKK, not Europe, and it seems to have expired. Any info from Europe?
