Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - SAA Arrival Lounges

Does SAA only have arrival lounges in JNB and LHR, or do they contract with partners in other cities for arrival lounge access to biz/first passengers upon arrival? I'm particularly interested in any such services in HKG.

I can tell you they don't in IAD, upon arrival from JNB this January, I was told there was no arrivals or transfer lounge for those arriving on J or F tickets.
