Information is better for some airlines than others, but the Flyertalk wiki (http://flyertalk.com/wiki) has a lot of information about fare buckets.
Note, however, that many airlines "hide" the buckets they use for award tickets, so they do not show up on publicly accessible availability lookup sites like ITN.
