5 calls to diamond desk today - long hold times each time, then transferred to points redemption dept. just to make a simple award rez.

i bet paris doesn't put up with it......

Why don't you send an email to the Mark explaining your frustration. REAL Problems don't get fixed, unless they are known.

Letting Adam (et, al) know the problem you had...might save another Diamond member from going thru the same situation.
