I'm requesting 2 YVR-HKG-YVR tickets on Asiamiles for my parents for early next year. Right now, outbound is confirmed and inbound is waitlisted on 2 different days (2/11-12). For myself, I'm confirmed both ways for SFO-HKG-SFO.
Normally, would CX clear this within the next month or will they actually wait till next Jan before they clear this? Any help or insight into this will be helpful.
I did a search and mostly see how upgrade awards are being processed, but not just a simple Y reward ticket.
