What is the fast train that goes Shanghai-to-Shenzhen?

I need to know what "fast" train goes from Shanghai to Shenzhen? I'm having trouble finding it. I know one goes to Hong Kong, but since the Shenzhen train station is on the border with Hong Kong anyways, I thought it be cheaper to just head to Shenzhen and take Public transport to Hong Kong center?

As far as i'm aware there is no 'fast' train from SHA to SZ. Yes, there are trains with slightly fewer stops but you are still looking at a journey time of between 20-24 hours.

For information on the train from Shanghai to Shenzhen you can visit www.seat61.com and for information on the train from Shanghai to Hong Kong you can go to www.kcr.com.hk

But at the end of the day, a discounted plane ticket from Shanghai to SZ on elong.com is only about US$20 more than the sleeper class on the train.
