Brazil - help finding cheap fare to Fortaleza, Brazil

any tips or advice on cheap fare from MIA-FOR for travel dates Sept 20th until Oct 17th.. Anything would help.

Does anyone have experience staying at hotels along Avenida Beira Mar in Fortaleza that have Internet connection in the room and not public Internet in the lobby? I'd appreciate hearing your experience and recommendation.
