Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - fare code help

I am trying to purchase tickets online, and wish to avoid buying a fare code that recueves only 50% miles.

Here is what it says online:

1 - PSGR P1 ADT RULES DISPLAY
FARE COMPONENT 1 ADT NYCBKK TG QKAPX PU 1 S
FCL: QKAPX TRF: 3 RULE: 5310 BK: Q

Does this indicate Q fare?
Oddly as i was reading threw much of this code, it said open return allowed.
I guess i would need to buy that via an agent?

BK Q = booking code Q, which for TG is 100% mileage to TG ROP. best check for other FFPs.
