SAS EuroBonus - Mileage Credit: "V" and "W" Fares - Help Please

I flew SAS from SEA a few months ago and although I received FF credit for my outward flight, I am having one hell of a time getting credit for the return trip.

Perhaps I am not eligible and I would be grateful for some "expert" help.

My flight details were:

15 May SEA-CPH-SVG UA9394/9372 Economy class V
11 Jun OSL-CPH-SEA SK1467/937 Economy class W

I cannot seem to convince UA to give me creit for the flights OSL-CPH-SEA. Do I have any grounds tp "appeal"?

Well, W class gives you miles, but only 25% since it's a low fare:
