That does not seem very ethical. BTW, welcome to Flyertalk.

I doubt you'll find too many posted here. Your best bet probably is to talk to your corporate travel department (if you have one) and ask them if they're willing to provide your company's to you.

Welcome to FT!

Try using this one when making on line reservations. Just type in the code RACK.

You'll get some great rates! ^

Gumball --

I shall assume your posting was an honest one. However, there exists here on flyertalk a long standing tradition of not divulging proprietary information with which Starwood (and other organizations) has entrusted us.

No hard feelings, but SET numbers are contractual components that are very much meant for specific parties. But, then, you knew that, right?

Apparently, folks have a grand time on the Marriott board swapping all manner of contract IDs, but it just doesn't happen here on the Starwood board.

Welcome, btw, to FT.

In addition to Marriott, there's a lot of swapping of Avis AWD's going on here on FT. I wonder what the difference is. Do Avis and Marriott have the equivalent of the Starwood Lurker?

Allegedly, Marriott does. ;) So what is the point? Do you think I care if people share SET numbers? What if I did? Would that really matter? I think not. :D

Sorry to disappoint, but I've bigger fish to fry than this. LOL.

This is not true. On flyertalk you can find many corporate codes on Marriott discussion forums as well as Hertz forums. Those are the only two I have checked and there are tonnes of them on there. I dont know what some people mean by getting all high and mighty on ethics.

Wow - this went downhill quickly :)

Gumball - welcome to FT! Many SET #s are from corporations/associations and they are oftentimes "private" information.

I hope that you will return to FT and post contriubtions from your *wood stays!

Should you have any questions, please feel free to PM (private message) either myself or Aztravelstheworld since we are the moderators of this forum and are here to assist you!
