Hertz - Why is it cheaper to rent Hertz in MAN at the UK site?

In the US I am a faithful Hertz renter. Tried to rent thru Hertz US for MAN and then tried the Hertz UK site. The price on the UK site with CDW is much less. Should I be surprised?

I have seen this difference happen more than once. I book the lower rate add my Hertz number.
