Is it possible to fly from BAH on GF101 arriving at DMM at 8.00am and returning to BAH on GF102 leaving DMM at 8.35am, in other words on the same plane?
The reason for this is that a DOH-BAH-DMM in F on BA (F class) and GF (C class) is about a third cheaper than a straight DOH-BAH in BA F, so the plan would be to buy a DOH-BAH-DMM ticket on BA/GF and a separate DMM-BAH-DOH on GF/BA (I can't book it on a single ticket as the official MCT at DMM is 90 minutes)
I understand that GF can issue return boarding passes at BAH if you return the same day. Will they do that if the outward and return legs are on separate tickets and the connection is below the MCT?
Can I physically make a 35 mins connection at DMM? Clearly, if I have to go through Saudi immigration, this is not going to happen (Moreover, I would not have a visa anyway), so I hope that it is possible to remain in the sterile airside zone. Or would GF let me stay onboard if I return immediately on the same aircraft?
