Starwood Preferred Guest - Lagos, Nigeria
I've been booked into this property for a week. No doubt at the lowest, "standard room" rate. Can anyone give insider advice on the hotel -rooms to request/avoid, availability of things to do in or around the property, restaurants etc
I'm completey status-free in Starwood, but top-tier in IC.
A search revealed nothing recent about this property.
Thanks for any asistance

I was there 3 years ago. Hotel was 2-3 star, service levels ok. They do have a executive lounge. There is a nice pool outside and a few restraunts on site.
I had armed escort to and from the property in a 3 vehicle caravan.
Enjoy :D

I have been there 32 times in last 3 years. It does get better the more you know it. Protea Hotel Kurano Waters is like a blessed Oasis. Still on VI but like a million miles away.
There are some decent restarants now. The Steak Hosue. Saipans. Ocean View.
Pats Bar (near Embassys) and a new nightclub next door.
