Air Canada Aeroplan - Glossary of Terms...

I've tried to search (unsuccessfully) for a "glossary of terms" used in this (and maybe other programs') forums.
I read the threads but can't decipher what all of the shortforms mean most of the time... what the heck is a SWU, or a SSWU, or even a FAM?! These and many, many more are lost on me and probably others.
Is there somewhere I can access a listing similar to the one posted by Empress and updated by Andrew Yiu? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22809
Help a dislexic girl out?
Look under Help on the top FlyerTalk banner, ie on the top of the page at the left.
And welcome to FT!

And to help you out - as some of the ones you mentioned aren't there:
FAM: Federal Air Marshall
SSWU: Special System Wide Upgrade. An AC upgrade certificate enabling status passengers to upgrade on less expensive fares.

Yes, welcome. For those members who have additional terms to be included, there is a link on the instruction page to send additions to glossary@webflyer.com
Thanks again and welcome.

Apparently I've been on this board for a while and didn't know it was there either. Looks like it is missing some of the more AC centric terms.
