So somehow or another I don't have the ability to click links on e-mails that come through Outlook Express. Anyone have an idea as to why...they show as a "blue link" which should be clickable, if that helps. Is it in my security settings?

It sure sounds as though you have your security settings set to block click through links. It happens in my Hotmail account as well. There should be an option at the top of the message that allows you to see all content. Blocking HTML graphics, etc., will help curb spam, but will block you from clicking some links. You may be able to allow links from known people.
Sory, long day so this may not be as eloquent as I may like, but I hope that helps.

Try to hold down the Ctrl key and then click the link for possibly improved results.

Thanks for the responses:)
Unlike hotmail, it does not give me the option to "allow" the links...so that is out. Likewise, every e-mail loads normally (pictures and all, unlike hotmail), it's just the links themself which do not operate...clicking them does nothing.
I tried control key+clicking the link. It didn't work either:(
Any other suggestions? It's not a major issue, just an annoying one.
Did a quick Google search and saw one person who said it might happen if you have changed your default browser from IE, since Outlook Express and IE are so intertwined. Are you using another browser? You might try Googling your question. I've had good luck doing so in the past.

Check your settings in Options/Tools/Security, too.

Thanks fuzz...I'm using IE as my default browser and always have, so that's not it. I tried Google and found no solution, and looked through my internet settings etc. for anything obvious, but no luck.
It's a freaky glitch I guess :(
