They are one of the major UK online agencies.
I have used them a couple of times with no problems, as with any big companies there are good and bad stories around.
The important thing I suppose is that they are a well established legitamate company so I wouldn't be afraid to use them if the price is right!

They were originally an UK agency, they also own travelbag.co.uk.
There was talk of them being bought out by one of the other big name online agencies a couple of years ago, in the end I think Cendant in the US purchased them.
I've never used them, but they are legit.

I've booked through them and the info I've seen tends to be more accurate than with Expedia (eg they'll let you know whether you're expected to buy a meal on board).
Also you can check your itinerary though "checkmytrip" - which Expedia won't let you do.
Email responses to Customer Services come back promptly.
I've been completely satified with them.
