US Airways Dividend Miles - Bangkok ticketing

Does anyone have the name/address/phone of an agency in BKK that can issue US tickets?

I'm using an award paper ticket and need to see if I can get it reissued in BKK.

When I call US, they keep insisting they don't have a US office in BKK (which I understand) but can't grasp the concept they may have someone there that can issue US tix. I know I've used one before in SIN, so thought there must also be one in BKK.
