Midwest - Cedar Point Hotels - Sandusky, Ohio

I am planning to visit Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.

Other then the hotels/resorts directly connected with Cedar Point, are there any within walking distance?

Are there any clean, good hotels that you would recommend nearby?

I am looking for something at < $100 / night - do not need a resort hotel as I am largely treating the hotel as just a bed to sleep in and nothing more.

Without any recommendations, my default hotel would likely be a Comfort Inn that I found using Booking Buddy (http://www.bookingbuddy.com)

If you don't know what Cedar Point (http://cedarpoint.com) is, it's an Amusement Park.

I think the Cedar Point Breakers Express hotel is the best deal. Prices are usually reasonable, and you get into the park an hour early.
