bmi diamond club - BMI Reward Booking Long Haul Not Working?

Is anyone else having problem if trying to book long haul reward trips on BMI's website. Once dates, passengers and class has been selected, if you try and proceed it takes you back to the beginning. If no one else has noticed this, please can you check? I phoned the internet helpdesk (in India), but I don't think they understood me, and told me to call the gold desk, who also didn't understand...

I had that problem yesterday... as I wasn't sure if I wanted to book the trip, I didn't bother following up with the issue.

I've had that problem before some time ago, assumed it was a problem with their booking system and/or website. It just redirects every time.

bmi & I.T. generally don't seem to mix!
