American Express Membership Rewards - upgrade to Australia

I have a trip planned for Sept 07 to Australia. Three of us going and 2 tickets will be paid for by work in Y. So I am looking to use miles to upgrade. I should have enough Membership Rewards points to transfer to an airline for an upgrade. Any suggestions on airlines/carriers where I could use miles to upgrade to Business/First to Australia that I can transfer miles into from AmEx membership rewards?

Presumably any of the Membership Rewards partner airlines that fly to Australia. Here is the list:

My guess is that ANA is the best option, via Tokyo, but I don't know anything specific about their upgrade schemes.
