Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Airport Express Checkin for Cathay

I am flying HKG-DEL on Cathay Pacific on Friday at 10.55 pm. Anyone know if I can checkin at the Airport Express station downtown around 9 or 10 am?

I think you can even check-in as early as the day before per the MTR website (http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/train/ae_compli_e.htm#itci) except if you are flying to the US.
