Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - SAA and Coke (an odd question!)

Here's the deal: I NEVER drink soda. (Wait a minute, I'm from the Midwest....it's pop! :) ) My wife, however, is an Atlanta native and cannot properly begin her day without a Diet Coke. (Amazingly enough, her teeth have not rotted!) Diet Pepsi won't do. It's either Diet Coke or nothing.

I've flown SAA dozens of times in the past 18 years, but I've never once ordered a pop. Next week, we fly IAD-JNB, and my wife will obviously want a can or 2 of Diet Coke. Do SAA serve Coke? or are they a Pepsi airline? (For that matter, does any airline serve one brand and not the other?)

Can any pop drinkers shed some light on this (admittedly bizarre) situation?

well i can't say for sure what SAA serve, i do think it is Coke though. Also considering Pepsi have been out of the SA market for a long time (and only recently returned) it is probably more likely to be Coke.

SAA serve Coke. The diet Coke is called Coke Light.
