No, they just asked why I cancelled (offers were seldom available) and then said OK.

I don't think they do such things in Europe, Germany is still relatively inexpensive for Plat.

why should they?
if i want to cancel something, i cancel it and then i don't want calls like "please stay". this is annoying. if they ask, WHY i did it -- well, ok. i understand that. they want to learn. maybe. at least they want to check a box in some CRM application.
