Hertz - Hertz: prepaid internet-rate - no miles?

Since which date it's no longer possible to earn FF-Miles with a predaid Hertz (Hertz-website) internet-fare?

I rented a cat in ATL, my CC was charged 10 days prior to my rent and I was denied to earn Miles&More Miles.
The agent said it's because of the prepaid-rate. :(

Any experience with this? Thanks!

And yes, Priceline/Hotwire/Site59 etc. do not earn miles/points.

I didn't even know Hertz offered prepaid rates on their website. Is this perhaps Hertz.DE you are referring to and not Hertz.Com (just guessing, since you are German)?
