Hertz - Weekend Rate on Thursday before Noon

Hi,
I just made a reservation for a weekend rental with Hertz at SJC using a southwest airlines discount 205418 code with pickup Thursday at 9:45am and was charged the weekend rate even though in the terms and conditions it says weekend rates start after 12pm. Do certain locations have exeptions?

Yes. Some locations start at 9am I believe.

yeah we had that too...and they didn't have a problem with charging us the weekend rate when we rented at 10am on a thursday
