MilesBuzz! - Anyone ever used AwardPlanner

I'm thinking about signing up for this program. But at $49 per year, is the service really worth it?

I have the same question--Seems like it might be worth it if they can get you through the maze of trying to book a combo flight and hotel award?

Plus I want to be sure I have the award when I get there. (I've read too many horror stories here)
