Anybody know of any downloadable mileage calculator? Even better would be if the timetables told you the milage, but, I don't think there is any way to drill into that data stored within the file. But, if anybody know of anything relating to a downloadable sheet, or form, or program, that I'd be able to put on my laptop (when at 35,000 feet and don't have Internet access), I'd really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks!

For Star Alliance flights you can use this app

Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for. If you developed it, you did a great job. If not, thanks for the link!

The only problem is - it is as inaccurate as the UA status boards. MileEdge says SMF-DEN is 908 miles, UA says it is 908 miles.
But UA Mileage Plus only gives 899 miles for the flight! Go figure....
My guess is DEN flights still show mileage based on Stapleton.
MileEdge and UA say DEN-MSP is 679 miles.
UA Mileage Plus says 693 miles.

No, I'm not the developer, just a very satisfied user of mahjongguy's suite of programs that assist UA flyers!

Which is why one of the most helpful things in the program is the ability to override the default miles and permanently put in the miles you know are correct for your particular *A carrier.
