Hertz - Car selection in Hamburg airport

I have a reservation for a Mercedes C-Class (or similar vehicle) while visiting Hamburg later this summer. I know what a Mercedes C-Class is but what can I expect in Hamburg if they decide to give me a different car in the same class? This being my first time in Hamburg and renting here, are there cars I should avoid? There will be five adults?

P.S. (I owned a Taurus for 4 years, I don't want to rent one! :D )

In the same class they might set you up with the 2005 3series BMW (E90) or sometimes with the Volvo S60 which isn't a bad car either. They also are reported to have a couple of Audi A6 in stock in HAM though I personally never received one. The Audi is a (slight) upgrade and I would go for that one if possible otherwise my personal favourite choice is the BMW over the C-Class and the S60 since it definitely more fun to drive.

Don't worry, you won't get a rental Taurus in Europe! (fortunately ;) )

Ask for a Audi S8 - you'll have a great time in it.
