Hilton HHonors - New targeted AMEX offer - for big spenders.

I reeived a targeted postcard from American Express.

From July 1st untill August 31st.

Spend $10,000- $14,999.99 and earn 10,000 Additional HHonors points.
Spend $15,000 or more and earn 30,000 additional HHonors points.

I dont think I'll be getting any of that.

That's a pretty high threshold to meet.

I just received my postcard and it says:
Spend $2,500 - $3,999.99 and earn 2,500 additional HHonors bonus points.
Spend $4,000 or more and earn 8.000 additional Hhonors bonus points.

AMEX must have several levels, they must challange people to spend a multiple of what their average bill has been.

Anyone have a promotion code?

Lately, I've been dropping about $6-7k a month on the HH Amex, and I have not yet received anything.

I have always thought of myself as a "medium-time" spender in the grand scheme of things. But the more I think about it, even $75k a year on a card is probably pretty smalltime.

Anyone have a promotion code?

There was none on mine.

Didn't get a postcard either. I typically spend between 2 and 7 grand a month, depending on how much traveling I am doing.

Mrs. MileKing received postcard the other day with following offer:

$6000 - $9999.99 6000 bonus points
$10,000 or more 20,000 bonus points

It would be a stretch for us to hit the $6000 and no possibility of the $10,000. With the current AA Citibank Mastercard promo for 25% bonus miles thru 7/31 (part of the AAdvantage 25 Year Anniversary offers), we are tempted to continue throwing our charges that way rather than taking a chance on HHonors AMEX and coming up short.
