Hertz - Foreign Vehicle Preference

How can I set up a foreign vehicle preference in my Hertz profile? I have looked and looked, but cannot locate the area where I can request a foreign vehicle on my US rentals.

call or email the Hertz Gold desk and have them add it into your profile.

You can also request vehicles you DON'T want. In my case, I'd much rather have a nicer Taurus with leather and a moonroof (or even better, a zippy, high-end Chevy Impala) when I rent an F class car than to get upgraded to a Crown Vic or Mercury Marquis.

There is no such thing as a Nicer Taurus. I have successfully put no Taurus in my profile after getting three the same week in different cities. I have gotten much better cars since then. I am a PC and reserve midsize and have received mostly Volvos over the last 5 or 6 rentals.
