Hilton HHonors - Reward Certificate + Points = One Reservation??

I have one certificate from the 5/10/15 (or whatever it is, I only got 5 of them...), and I wanted to use it + points for a trip to the Paris ADT Hilton in December. So, will I have to make 2 seperate reservations? If so, will I have to checkout and then checkin a few hours later at the cert/point break? :rolleyes:

I would think that the Diamond Desk could make one reservation to handle this situation. I've certainly had reward stays that used 2 or 3 different reward certs. The DD just entered all of the cert #s in the one reservation.

Is there some reason you don't think they can do this in your situation?

Yea, Ive used $ + points at a Hampton in the past (as a gold) and HH made me make 2 reservations...it was a big hassle.

Just did the same for my reward stay. Called CS and they booked 4 nights with comination of points and free night certificates. You give CS the certificate number you want to use. CS can issue the certificate from points and mail it to you. Take the free night certificate and certificate from points with you and give them to ADT when you check in.
