Asia - BKK Where to leave luggages

Hi,

I am stopping for 1 day in BKK on my way to Japan later this month and I am wondering if there is a safe place to leave luggages at the airport. I will travel heavily and don't want to bring everything with me at the hotel.

If you have valuables or dutiable goods inside, you can/must leave it in customs bond, otherwise there is a left luggage on the departure floor between terminal 1 and terminal 2.

There is a left luggage room in each terminal. B90 per day per bag if I recall correctly. Pay when you pick them up.

I used this luggage locker service earlier this year.

My only disappointment was when I go to pick up the luggage, one of them was damaged (the wheels assembly came off). I know they weren't like that when I dropped them off, because I looked at the luggage when I fill out the form.

I told the attendant what happened and she showed me her form where a damage box was checked off! Of course my copy didn't have it checked but since I'm late for my flight (20 mts til departure) and I still have to check-in & go thru custom, I decided not to argue and left.

Honestly, if I have another long layover in BKK, I probably will use this service again just because of the convenience. I'll be sure to take pics of the luggage and not in rush when I go to pick them up.
