Travel Technology - SideKick - Putting Address & Data on the sidekick

Hi,
I just got a sidekick and I need help with putting my address from
my Tero which is palm based. I have the address on my Power Book and on mt IBM Think Pad. How do I put them on the sidekick. What software.
I got no software with the sidekick.

2 ways:

1) manually enter it on your sidekick desktop
2) Purchase the Sidekick Intellisync package.
