US Airways Dividend Miles - Miles posted; status bonus missing

Has anyone encountered this problem yet? I took two flights last week; one on 5/31, one on 6/2. The 5/31 flight posted Sunday - 500 miles plus 250 miles Silver bonus. The 6/2 flight posted this morning - 500 miles and no elite bonus at all. Should I call about this or wait a couple of days to see if it's corrected?

I had the same thing happen to my flights from 6/2. Only have the actual miles showing - no bonus miles showing.
The 5/31 actual miles and bonus miles are posted for my flights that day.
I am going to wait a couple of days to see if the bonus miles post.

I have a feeling that this was due to the consolidation problems. My guess is that they will show up a short time after the June 9 consolidation. I am not getting haired up about it until at least June 15.

For what it's worth, the old HP system used to post bonus miles the day after posting base miles. No way for me to verify, though, because I still cannot access my account.

I had the same problem last week on my BOS-PHL-SFO flight. The bonus miles showed up 1 day after the regular miles posted. Today, my return SFO-PHL-BOS miles posted and no bonus miles, so I'm assuming they'll show up tomorrow.

That is true, the bonus miles show up after the miles post, it is some type of job that runs and catches the new activity. I noticed in the past, there were a couple of times that the bonus miles were delayed a couple of days, ie if the job did not run.

My guess (and it is only a guess) is they are overwealmed with the number of jobs running to convert and update accounts, that they may have delayed certain jobs. Who knows, but I would agree with the previous posters, wait until after June 15...
