MHT to DFW outbound = 5/29/06 return = 6/2/06
Elite service level = Platinum
Automatic upgrade was issued 5 days prior to all flights (is usually the case when traveling less than popular routes and on off-peak days)
MHT->DTW DTW->DFW
DFW->DTW DTW->MHT
Gate service:
-Agent in DFW was having a bad morning and blew off my attempts to ask a question until she realized I was a Platinum, then was pleaseant
On-Board:
- We got pre-departure drink service on all 4 legs of this trip...verry good.
- No food as these were relatively short legs
I was in seat 1B for both outbound flights and seat 1C for both return flights. Service was good but we had a weather delay on the return due to MHT weather. I was happy to have the aisle (1B) with an empty window (1A) seat on BOTH outbound flights. This has happened to me before but it is rare.
