Hi all,
I just recent write you the trip reports when we are flown to SAN on Memorial Day weekend and ok here it is:
May 26, 2006
After I got check in online for 24 hours before get on the flight to SAN in the morning and we got the Group A boarding first for me & my mom. After I went home from work yesterday and after I spoke my mom on the cellphone at work and she gave me out for confirmation # for check in online on WN to SAN.
May 27, 2006 trip to SAN in the morning.
After We went to sleep at 9:00pm and then, we got woke up about 5:30am for taking shower. Then, we drive over to my uncle's house and we are pick them up with my uncle Tom & Diane then we are heading for PHX airport. I asked my uncle Tom if he does have with Boarding Pass with Group A and he say he didn't take chance get on Group A and but, they are both of them are in Group B. Now, We are on their way to PHX in the morning and then we went to parking at terminal 4. I told my uncle Tom that we want go over to Eoncomy parking is much cheaper for $8.00 and become terminal parking is too expensives for $20 day. It is up to his decision that he want go to terminal parking.
After we went check on the monitor for the flight status where our aircraft is leave at the gate D-2. It is in new concourse D.
After Diane want go to get eat at Bakery near Burger King. That where is former old food court with Pizza Hut and etc. I remember when they are renovation the food court. Then, they are wait for Bunny & Howard before get in the gate area and but, I escort go into the gate area at checkpoint D. Then I am been wait for 10 mins to get through at the checkpoint and after I am being clear the checkpoint and without didn't take shoes off the metal detector. I went check on the gate where our aircraft is leave for SAN and but, other aircraft is leaving from the gate and I am been wait for my plane is incoming from OMA. Then, I went back near checkpoint wait for uncle Tom, my mom, Diane, Bunny & Howard is coming into the checkpoint D. Then, I show them where the gate number is.
After I got lines with the Group A boarding first and then, I wait for other passengers is leave the aircraft. I didn't want get chance get on the board first and but, there is wait for pre-board get on the board first and then, I am ready for next boarding Group A.

I got on the board first and I sat in the front the seat. After the passengers is getting in the aircraft. Become the flight is completed full to SAN. I saw UM little girl is going to SAN visit with her daddy. But, he has checked with her bag and become the overhead is full. I am already stowed my carry on bag and little bag, too. After the flight attendant made close the door about 5 mins early before 8:25am. We are pushback from the gate and ready for back on the air. We are cruising in 30,000 feet and after F/A is served the drinks & peanuts, too. I am fill out the water and then, I ask F/A if I could get another water for me. Then, I walked in the cabin and then, I took the cabn shot during in-flight to SAN. Then, I decide check on my mom & etc in the seat made sure they are ok. Afer I went back to the seat during before landing and it is not bump flight to SAN. Then, the plane is coming down to SAN and but, the runway is small and but, it is not longer runway.
After our aircraft is going to the gate 1 and I saw jetbridge is coming in the aircraft and after I didn't even know what happened the concourse has been renovations and after I remember when we are flown to SAN years ago during on cruise trip to Mexico vacation. Then, Diane, Uncle Tom, Bunny or Howard want go to bathroom and then we are wait for all of them. After we are heading off from terminal and walk over to Rent a car shuttle as Hertz. We got inside the rent a car shuttle and wait for few other passengers who get onboard the shuttle and then, we off to terminal 1 for other airlines. Then, we went over to Hertz rent a car to trying get the car and become the lines is too long wait to get their cars. Then, my uncle Tom or Howard got the car and we are leave from Rent a car. It mean took wait for 45 mins to try get the car and it is few worker was there inside the Hertz. We went to downtown SAN where I saw Cruise ship terminal. I remember when I point them with cruise terminal. I told them that I remember where it is.
After went over to Hilton hotel staying for 2 nights. After we leave ours bags at Howard & Bunny's room for wait ours room is ready. Then, we are off to breakfast at Cheese Shop in the street. After that we were off to the Mall for buy something for us and after we went over to the chocolate shop that I buy the strawberry with chocolate on it. It was very good. After we went back to Department store to buy some of shirt for me and it is very nice shirt for me.
After we went over to Grocery store to buy Evian for me in the hotel room and we don't want get drink other bottle water but, it is too expensive for $5.00. Then, we went back to Hilton for check our room is almost ready for now. Then, I watch with SD Padres game on the TV and we are up on 12th floor where I saw next to Petco Park with SD Padres game. it is nice to see the stadium. My mom & I going to see SD Padres game for tomorrow afternoon. It would be my second ballpark with Petco Park and Chase Field, too.
After we went out dinner right next outside Hilton. We saw Diane's daughter Andrea was there and she glad to see me again while she has been moved to SAN from PHX. Then, we are ate for dinner and after they are walking around the street. I decide go back to the hotel to look around at the swimming the pool. Then, I went back to the room and watch the TV for see if anything for good show for me. After I went back downstairs for check my mom is return from walking around the street. She & I went upstairs for went to the bed during long day when we are out all day.
Then, the next day after I woke up about 8:20am and I was sleeping some time for me. After I took the shower and when my uncle Tom called us about we went ate breakfast at the hotel by downstairs. I ate the breakfast and but, it was good for us. Then, we went walking around the street to see the boats was there. But, I didn't see large cruise ship was there in past few days.
After we went walk back to the hotel and uncle Tom & etc has go someplace else to do. My mom & I went over to Petco Park to buy the ticket for the game with SD Padres against STL Cardinals. It is never see the ballpark before and but, it would be first time for us. We ask the ticket agent see if the lower level is available and but, he told us it was sold out. We want go upper level for behind home plate to able watch the game today. After went to upper level and walk around the stadium to search the seat for us. I found good seat on row 15 and seat 14 & 15. It is being fun day for during SD Padres game in the afternoon. Then I decide go eat lunch to get pizza on the level 3. it is good game for SD Padres and They made the homerun for 2 or 3 times. After went back to the hotel to change the clothes go to swimming the pool & hot spa. After I staying at the pool for 1 hour and went back to the room for change the clothes go out dinner at The Fish Market for all of them. After I went downstairs for check in online for WN again back to PHX tomorrow afternoon. But, I didn't like the fish at all.
It is too crowded at the restaurant in the evening time for dinner. Then, we went back to the hotel for went to sleep.

Next day that we woke up about 7:30 am and took to the shower to getting ready eat breakfast by downstairs at Hilton. After they are waiting for everyone is come over at the restaurant and there is Diane's cousin came over to join the breakfast and but, she has with baby boy along with her husband. It would be my first time to meet them with Diane's cousins who living in SAN. After I took the pictures with her baby & along her husband, too. After we went back to the room for ready check out bound to SAN then we are dropped off the car at Hertz before heading to SAN airport and went to through the checkpoint then went to the gate area and after I ask gate agent if my mom & I could get standby for earlier flight back to PHX and she told us that we have go to the gate 4 another WN agent for put on the standby earlier flight leave for PHX at 2:40pm. WN agent call us the name after she hear the announced to me & my mom. They are cleared the standby get back to PHX. We don't wait for 3 hours get back to PHX original 4:50pm. I remember last time when we are clear the standby for earlier flight back from LAS last year in December 2005. It is my second time when we are cleared the standby from WN flight. It would be our priority flight back to PHX.

after I went inside the jetbridge and but, it is too crowded for trying to get on the plane and fill out the seat in the back of the aircraft. I got on the last seat in the back the gallery area. I have an nice girl right next to me. After ours carry on into the overhead bins and become the overhead bins is full. After I removed the small carry on bag to put another overhead bins. We need to put more room for 2 carry on with me & my mom, too. After she close the overhead bins and then, she sat down in the middle seat and then, I went last seat in the back. After the aircraft is ready leave from SAN and but, there is waiting for another aircraft is take off from SAN and then it is our turn to the runway and we are taken off the runway and head over the pacific ocean and back to mainland. I ask my F/A that I said "Is that the flight is full?'' and she told me that she said "Yes" to me. After the plane is on their way back to PHX and we are cruising in 30,000 feet and it is none of experience the turburlane during in-flight from SAN-PHX. We are about served the drinks & peanuts to me and after we are drinking during the flight from SAN-PHX.
After the plane is ready for landing to PHX and we are heading east and then the plane is turn to west to get landing at PHX and we didn't go to the new concourse D gate and but, we are at concourse C. It is gate C-7. It is called S-3 concourse. After it is being good to back home to PHX for yesterday and after we are ready for next trip to LAX on Thursday and I am hope that you are enjoy for reading the trip reports about my flight to SAN over on Memorial Day weekend.
