I am booked on "B" fare basis from NRT-LAX, will I receive 100% miles credited to my UAL MP account? Is "B" considered a full fare economy fare?

B-class, as far as I know, is a discounted ticket in SQ (i believe it's about US$ 1100 difference for CGK-LHR vv compared to Y from CGK - a lot cheaper from LHR)
It still gives you full mileage, and you can upgrade from Y-C. For me, I never noticed the difference. My upgrades were both successful in B class, but never have any luck in Y.
