I was pleased that the flight took off ontime. Our FA Len cracked a joke before we pushed back from the gate. He said"Please sit in your assigned seats as we have electronic scales that can weigh you and it knowes where you need to be seated". Right off the bat I could tell this would be a good flight.
Another feature that I liked is that you ring your call button to get a drink as opposed to a cart service. This made it more personal. Although I did not have the snack box it was available for $3. I love the 1 s ider seats on the ERJ. It took exactly 10 minutes from seat to baggage claim but took 50 minutes to get my bag :mad: I emailed AA today and hope to get compensation since I had an important event that I almost missed since I allowed enough time but this darn bag would not come. Anyways a good flight.

Todays flight was great. I had the 1A Bulkhead and it had lots of room. There was turbulence and since I was sitting next to the gally I asked the FA nicely for a diet coke and she gave it to me before she served everyone else. My seat had enough legroom and could not see much until we arrived into the SJC area.
It took exactly 5 minutes from seat to baggage claim and 15 minues until my bag made it. I was home in less than an hour after my arrival.
Overall I love AA over SW and UA Express. More comfort and a nice terminal at LAX secluded from the craze of Terminal 4.
