According to the latests AEA Consumer Report (http://www.aea.be/AEAWebsite/Presentation_Tier/Pr_GroupMenuItem.aspx?NodeID=rootMenu425), KL lost 14.6 bags per 1,000 in the first quarter. 18 out of 26 airlines did better. AF came 20th, LH came last.

KL canceled 5 out of every 1,000 long haul flights, and 22 out of every 1,000 short haul flights (now that wouldn't be Cityhopper's fault, would it now?), earning it 10th and 17th place respectively. AF came 8th and 14th.

In long haul arrivals and departures KL took 1st and 2nd place, but that only proves how appalling airline punctuality is : only 75.9% of KL flights departed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
