Hilton HHonors - Fasttrack to Diamond?

Has anyone had any success lately in getting a fasttrack to diamond from gold without being specifically targeted?

Please do a search on this topic as it has been covered many, many times. Basically, the consensus appears to be that there may be fast tracks available by calling HHonors CS even if you are not targeted. And, as always, if you don't have any luck getting a fast track promo with the first CSR, keep calling. When you do the search you will see also that there have been promo codes occasionally for fast tracks and that some of those codes were usable by persons who were not targeted and others were not usable by anyone other than the targeted persons. You just need to sort through all the myriad posts. Good luck.

If you're top dog with another programme and have a solid reason to start shifting your business to Hilton, HHonors will ask you to let them check that status and current activity there.

If approved, they'll enroll you for the Diamond Fast Track: 10 stays in 3 months.

It's not done over the phone and requires an e-mail to be sent from them confirming you're part of the fast track.

Thanks for the information. Perhaps I should have emphasized "recent" in my OP. I did do a search but don't figure what was happening a year or two ago with regards to fasttracks necessarily has much relevance to what the situation is today.

It's 10 stays or 20 nights from the moment the e-letter is sent and running for 90 days.

This is consistent with wha I was told recently. However, my online shows my FT offer valid until end of December instead of 90 days.

I just got one which said 7 stays when I was 6 nights and 1000 points before Diamond with a reservation for 6 nights. It's funny that I have two ways of mainting Diamond fasttrack being worse than the regular. I think the alghoritm screwed up :)
